Rodger Blevins

Rodger Blevins has a long and successful career in the Federal Government space. Rodger began their journey in 1999 as the Vice President of Program Management at MATCOM International Corporation, where they operated within and leveraged a $35M annual budget. In 2001, they joined Catapult Technology, Inc. as Executive Vice President and CTO, guiding the company's growth from 5 employees to more than 450 in 2006. In 2006, they founded Pro-Sphere Tek with a vision for growth in revenue, employees, and business maturity. Rodger grew the company from 1 person to more than 500 people and revenues from Startup to $80+ million. In 2022, they purchased CSEngineering as their next chapter and newest opportunity to support Federal Government clients and continue putting Veterans to work. Rodger is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Owner of CSEngineering.

Rodger Blevins is currently enrolled in the University of Maryland, studying Information Technology.
