Elizabeth Fleming

Elizabeth Fleming is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and program management within the behavioral health sector, currently serving as a Senior Operations Specialist and Senior Program Associate at the CSG Justice Center since June 2017. Elizabeth has a strong background in research, having authored numerous articles and reports that effectively communicate innovations in behavioral health to diverse audiences. Key contributions include collaborating with government affairs directors to secure over $115 million in grants and leading the development of comprehensive narrative reports spanning over 900 initiatives. Prior to this role, Elizabeth operated a photography business for 14 years, represented by major stock agencies, and gained early experience as a Curatorial Assistant at the Whitney Museum of American Art.
