Emily Morgan

Emily Morgan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Emily began their career as an Elementary Teacher at Montgomery County Public Schools from July 2002 to June 2005. Emily then worked as a Program Officer at the Institute of International Education from October 2007 to October 2008. Following that, they joined The After-School Corporation as a Policy Manager from October 2008 to March 2012. Emily then transitioned to The Council of State Governments Justice Center, where they held various roles including Senior Policy Analyst from March 2012 to 2016, Project Manager in 2016, and finally Director of Content Development from 2017 onwards.

Emily Morgan has a Master of Science in Education Policy (MSEd) from Columbia University. Emily also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Elementary Education from Vanderbilt University.
