John Tierney

John Tierney, MSC, serves as the Director of Platform Engineering at CSG, with a tenure that began in January 2005. Throughout the years, John has held various roles, including Senior Manager, Platform Engineer Lead for regions such as EMEA/APAC, and Team Leader for the Environment Specialist (ES) team. Responsibilities within these positions have included managing project deliverables, ensuring quality engineering, training new team members across multiple locations, and producing activity reports for management. Prior to CSG, John held roles at ADC as a Software Release Manager, Saville Systems as a Software Configuration Management Engineer, and Ericsson as a Software Engineer. John holds advanced degrees in Business and Leadership Development from the University of Galway, alongside a strong foundation in Physics from various educational institutions.
