Sharlene Walsh

Sharlene Walsh is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Chief Counsel - APAC at CSG since April 2017, with prior role as Senior Counsel - APAC. At CSG, Sharlene Walsh oversees the legal team for the APAC region, manages IT Telecommunications Software contracts, advises on employment law, and conducts company secretarial work across several countries. Previously at Data#3 from October 2010 to January 2017 as Senior Legal Counsel, Sharlene Walsh gained extensive experience in drafting complex IT contracts and advising the Board on regulatory matters. Earlier roles include Legal Counsel at Virgin Australia, where Sharlene Walsh focused on IT and commercial agreements, and at Motorola Solutions, dealing with contracts across EMEA and APAC. Sharlene Walsh began the legal career as a Senior Solicitor at Carter Newell after obtaining a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Queensland.
