Thomas Lamontia

Thomas LaMontia has extensive experience in the technology and workforce management sectors, currently serving as Director of Strategic Programs for Global Teams at CSG International since January 1993. In this role, Thomas oversees global workforce management including recruitment and team development. Previous roles at CSG International included Director of People and Culture, focusing on software development, maintenance, and testing. Earlier career positions include Consultant at Omaha Public Power District, specializing in COBOL/CICS analysis and testing, and Developer at Physicians Mutual, where expertise in assembler batch and JCL was demonstrated. Thomas holds an Associate degree in Computer Programming from the Institute of Computer Science and attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
