Varsha Gowdra

Varsha Gowdra currently serves as the Director of People Experience for APAC at CSG, a position held since August 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Director and Global Head of the People Function for the Global Markets Organisation at Mindtree from August 2015 to August 2021, and as a Human Resource Business Partner at Mphasis between February 2011 and March 2013. Varsha also held a role in Talent Engagement and Development at Wipro Technologies from August 2005 to February 2011 and started a career in human resources as an Executive at ARC from June 2004 to April 2005. Educational qualifications include being a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and holding an EPGDHRM in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune.
