Martyna Mrozek

Martyna Mrozek is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in product design and management. Currently serving as Head of Product Design and Head of Design at CSHARK since October 2019, Martyna has built the design team and culture from the ground up while developing the company's digital products portfolio. Martyna is also the Co-Director and Co-Creator of Sustainable Digital Design Postgraduate Studies at Uniwersytet SWPS, where responsibilities include program development and academic leadership. In addition to teaching various design courses as a lecturer at both Uniwersytet SWPS and Uniwersytet Wrocławski, Martyna provides mentorship at the Shesnnovation Academy and works as a product design consultant for Fido. Martyna's previous roles include user experience design at S3 Connected Health and VULCAN, alongside managing a design business, Frost.ly, which focuses on brand and UX/UI strategy. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts and Design in Communication Management from the University of Wroclaw and a Bachelor’s degree in Product Design from EASD València.
