Marina Biro

Marina joined CSI in 2016 as director of internal audit and is the chief audit executive for all of CSI’s subsidiaries around the world. During her tenure with CSI, Marina developed the internal audit function, increasing CSI’s assurance and risk management capabilities. She actively works with CSI’s board of directors and parent company, Tokyo Century Corporation, to ensure appropriate controls are in place and to explain CSI’s business environment and risks. Prior to CSI, Marina held internal auditing roles at Graybar Electric, Savvis, Heritage Home Group (formerly Furniture Brands International) and Deloitte. A native of Brazil, Marina earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Universidade de São Paulo (USP), a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Faculdade Sumaré. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
