Peter Ugalde

Prior to his retirement and joining CSI Technology Group, Captain Peter Ugalde was a 27-year law enforcement veteran of the Town of Dover Police Department in Dover, New Jersey. Captain Ugalde has served in various positions in the police department from a police officer, detective, sergeant, lieutenant, and captain. He also served as the executive officer, supervising both investigative and patrol functions of the Town of Dover Police Department. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and a Masters's Degree in Business Management from the College of Saint Elizabeth in Florham Park, New Jersey.

He is a graduate of the Federal Bureau of Investigations National Academy 238th Class and also a graduate of the State of New Jersey Certified Public Manager Course. He also holds various certifications in network support and administration from the Dover Business College located in Dover, New Jersey.
