Melissa Gobby

Melissa Gobby is a seasoned maritime professional with extensive experience in vessel operations and scheduling. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Scheduling at The CSL Group Inc. since April 2018, Melissa oversees a team managing complex voyage operations, including port call planning and communication with charterers. Prior to this role, Melissa held positions at Rio Tinto, focusing on optimizing scheduling processes and managing operational instructions, as well as at Robert Reford Shipping Agency, where responsibilities included supervising documentation staff and liaising with clients. Melissa's educational background includes a Master’s level qualification in Commercial Shipping from the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Linguistics from Concordia University.
