Michael Keough

Michael Keough has a diverse work experience in the maritime industry. Michael most recently worked as the Chief Engineer at The CSL Group Inc. starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Second Engineer at CSL from December 2020 to April 2022.

Before joining CSL, Keough worked at Seadrill as an Assistant technical section leader/assistant chief engineer from March 2014 to November 2021. Michael also previously worked as a Mechanic and an Engine Room Operator at Seadrill from October 2013 to January 2014 and from August 2012 to October 2013, respectively.

Earlier in their career, Keough worked at Oceanex Inc. as a Senior Engineer from September 2009 to August 2012 and at Canship Ugland Ltd as a 4th Engineer/ERA from June 2008 to September 2009.

Michael Keough attended the Marine Institute from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Marine Engineering Diploma with a focus on Marine Engineering. In addition to their diploma, they also obtained a 2nd Class Marine Engineer Certificate from STCW 95. Michael also holds a CAPP Offshore Medical certification.
