Amin Salehi

Amin Salehi is an experienced professional in the field of process engineering, currently serving as the Director of Process Engineering at CSL Behring since February 2021. In this role, Amin leads the development of a global center of excellence focused on process monitoring, modeling, and scale-up for biopharmaceutical manufacturing. Previously, Amin was the Scientific Integrator and Drug Substance E2E Lead at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine from July 2017 to January 2021, where responsibilities included leading a team for drug substance process development, overseeing both upstream and downstream processes, and managing resources and budgets. Amin began a career in process development as a Project Manager and Process Development Engineer at Petrosakht Chehelsoton from September 2010 to August 2013, focusing on biochemical process simulations and equipment design. Amin holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Chemical Engineering from Brigham Young University.
