Asif Iqbal

Asif Iqbal currently serves as the Head of QC Analytical Technology and Senior Manager at CSL since 2020, following a tenure as a Senior Scientist. Between 2017 and 2020, Asif held positions as an Assistant Professor (Research) and Research Assistant at the University of Illinois Chicago. Prior experience includes a Postdoctoral Researcher role at Instituto Butantan from 2014 to 2017 and a post-doctoral position in Biochemistry at the Institute of Chemistry - University of Sao Paulo from 2010 to 2014. Asif Iqbal earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Karachi University (2005-2010), a Master’s degree in Biochemistry from the University of Peshawar (2002-2005), and a Bachelor’s degree in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from the same university (1999-2002).
