Fred Josephs

Fred Josephs is a seasoned consultant with extensive experience in securing funding support for K-12 schools and libraries through Federal Communications Commission (FCC) programs. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at CSM Consulting, Inc. since June 2021, Fred specializes in the E-Rate program, assisting clients with eligible telecommunications, internet access, and equipment funding. Prior to this role, Fred was a Consultant at Erate360 Solutions LLC from August 2009 to June 2021, where assistance was provided in navigating the complexities of the E-Rate program. Fred also held positions as a Program Auditor at Solix Inc. and as an Expeditor at Salem Steel North America. Fred holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Entrepreneurship from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of the West of Scotland.
