Andrew Jannings

Andrew Jannings has a diverse background with experience in various roles and industries. Andrew started their career as a Technology Group Employee (Intern) at Jackson Healthcare, where they provided support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Office products, VMWare, and Active Directory. Andrew then became a Technology Group Private Contractor, continuing to support the help desk and troubleshoot network outages. Andrew later became a Technology Group Mail Server Administrator and Manager, leading projects for Office 365 migration and implementing DNS configuration optimization.

After their time at Jackson Healthcare, Andrew worked as a Security Team Member/Bouncer at Stilllife Nightclub and The Architect Bar and Social House, as well as a Customer Service Lead at Food Lion. Andrew then transitioned to the tech industry, joining SolarWinds MSP as a Technical Support Intermediate/Engineer, delivering service and support to clients. At RiverMeadow: A Cloud Migration Company, Andrew served as a DevOps Engineer, managing cloud environments and maintaining CI/CD frameworks.

Andrew's next role was at Cisco as an ALM DevOps Engineer/Systems Administrator, where they supported Linux, Apache, and Atlassian enterprise environments. Andrew also joined the SyncHub integration team, utilizing MongoDB and MSSQL. Currently, Andrew is working at CSP, Inc. as a System Engineer. In this role, they provide technical leadership and support to clients, performs technology assessments, and optimizes existing processes. Andrew also maintains expert-level knowledge of various software and products in CSP's product stack.

Throughout their career, Andrew has acquired expertise in a wide range of technologies, including cloud solutions, networking, security, and virtualization. Andrew continuously seeks out opportunities for professional development and stays current on troubleshooting methods and product layouts by completing various vendor certifications and exams.

Andrew Jannings has a diverse educational background and has obtained several certifications. Andrew completed their high school education at Cary High School in 2011, earning a High School Diploma. Andrew then attended Wake Technical Community College from 2015 to 2019, where they pursued an Associate of Science degree in Engineering and an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management. Additionally, during their time at Wake Technical Community College, Andrew Jannings obtained an Engineer's degree in 2019.

After completing their studies at Wake Technical Community College, Andrew Jannings enrolled at East Carolina University. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree with a focus on Management Information Systems from 2019 to 2021. Following their undergraduate studies, Andrew Jannings pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management at East Carolina University, from 2021 to 2022.
