Don Huber

Don Huber is a seasoned engineering and operations executive with extensive experience in the manufacturing and packaging industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering and VP of Operations/Engineering at Aptar CSP Technologies since May 2006, Don leads all aspects of manufacturing, engineering, new product development, and operations for proprietary packaging solutions. Prior to this role, Don was General Manager at Titan Plastics Group, where responsibilities included full P&L oversight and successful turnaround of a major production facility. Don’s career also includes key roles at ABB Power T&D, Bussmann (Cooper Industries), and Procter & Gamble, demonstrating a strong background in manufacturing engineering, operational efficiency, and product commercialization. Don holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from East Carolina University.
