Chicri Assef's work experience includes working as a Jr Network Engineer at CSPi Technology Solutions since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Chewy from 2017 to 2022, starting as an IT Operation Center Engineer and later taking on the role of Service Desk. At Chewy, their responsibilities included monitoring the technology environment, troubleshooting issues, and performing daily operations and troubleshooting networking events. Before Chewy, Chicri worked at AutoNation as an IT Security - Identity and Access Administrator from 2016 to 2017, where they were responsible for maintaining application security privileges and responding to security-related tickets. They also gained experience as an IT Department Intern at Amcor Rigid Plastics in 2014, providing support for networking and remote connectivity platforms, troubleshooting issues, and providing helpdesk support.
