Finesse Moreno-Rivera

Finesse Moreno-Rivera, M.A., is an experienced professional in criminal justice research and data analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton since January 2019, Finesse specializes in designing criminal justice logic models, performance measures, and data collection programs. Previously held positions include Senior Criminal Research Analyst at CSR, Incorporated, Law Enforcement Data Analyst at the Metropolitan Police Department of the District of Columbia, and Parole Data Analyst for the Pennsylvania Commission on Sentencing. Finesse has a solid foundation in research and analytics, demonstrated through roles with the FBI, various police departments, and academic institutions. Finesse holds a Master’s Degree in Forensic Psychology from Roger Williams University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Kentucky.
