Rakesh Menon

Rakesh Menon has over 20 years of experience in the shipping and logistics industry. Rakesh began their career as a Logistics Officer at AL-SADAF, where they handled various responsibilities such as liaising with shipping companies and negotiating shipping prices. Rakesh then joined Blue Bell Shipping as a Sales Executive for a year before moving to Consolidated Shipping Services Group (CSS). At CSS, Rakesh started as a Sales Executive and worked their way up to become the Sales Director and Senior Vice President. In this role, they managed the overall operations of the branch, including sales, operations, and finance. Rakesh was responsible for motivating and managing a sales team, overseeing sea and air operations, and managing the cash flow of the branch. With their strong commercial and managerial skills, Rakesh has proven to be a top-performer and a dedicated team builder.
