Camille S. is a Coastal Ecologist currently contracted with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) at the National Centers for Coastal Ocean Science (NCCOS), working since September 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a Laboratory Assistant at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, where Camille S. analyzed ecological data and collaborated on fieldwork. As a Graduate Research Fellow at Southern Illinois University, Camille S. conducted Master's research while also teaching community ecology. Additional positions with the USDA Agricultural Research Service involved coordinating sampling projects and entering data, complemented by earlier roles in research and administrative support at organizations such as the Maryland Sea Grant College Program. Camille S. holds a Master's degree in Plant Biology from Southern Illinois University and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science and Policy with a focus on Marine and Coastal Management from the University of Maryland.
