Molly Bost

Molly Bost is an Estuarine Research Scientist at CSS since May 2022, focused on sedimentation and carbon burial rates in tidal creeks and salt marshes of North Carolina. Previously, Molly served as a Laboratory Technician at UNC Institute of Marine Sciences from July 2016 to July 2017, and as a Research Technician at both UNC Coastal Studies Institute from September 2013 to August 2014 and University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from May 2013 to August 2013. Molly holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Marine Sciences, a Master’s Degree in Marine Science, and a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, all from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with earlier studies at Appalachian State University from 2009 to 2011.
