Keith Fraleigh

Keith Fraleigh has extensive experience in various leadership roles throughout their career. Most recently, they served as the Vice President of Global Operations at CST Industries, Inc. starting in April 2021. Prior to that, they were the President and CEO of ESE, Inc. from October 2018 to September 2020. Keith also held the position of President at Cornell Communications, Inc. from February 2015 to April 2018. Additionally, they served as the President and Co-Owner of Proven Direct from 2008 to 2014, and as the Senior VP of Service Operations at Paragon Development Systems, Inc. from 2003 to 2008. Keith's career includes various other leadership roles, such as President at Trigalia Solutions, Inc., VP/National Practice Leader - Call Center Solutions at Norstan Communications Inc., Senior Manager at Arthur Andersen & Co., and Senior Systems Engineer and Account Marketing Representative at IBM.

Keith Fraleigh earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1979 to 1984. Keith went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Operations and Quality Management from Marquette University, completing their studies from 1991 to 1996.
