Jérôme Nerot

Jérôme Nerot is a seasoned sales and marketing professional with extensive experience in the construction and building sectors. Currently serving as Sales & Marketing Director at CSTB since July 2020, Jérôme contributes as a board and executive committee member, overseeing the CSTBMouv' program and participating in the CSTB'Lab jury. Prior experience includes leading sales and marketing efforts in France for Layher from September 2017 to June 2020, where Jérôme modernized sales processes, redefined strategies, and advanced team skills. A solid background at WILO SE includes roles as Sales Manager and Global Account Manager, focusing on market share maintenance and strategic agreements. Past positions also encompass consulting in change management for the Ministry of Labour and managerial roles at Leroy Merlin and Total | Sigmakalon Subsidiary. Jérôme holds an Executive MBA from EDHEC Business School and has additional qualifications in corporate finance and board management.
