Don Sullivan

Don Sullivan has a diverse and extensive work experience. Don started their career as a Manufacturing Engineer at Baltimore Aircoil Company in 1986. Don then worked at Carrier Corporation from 1992 to 1999 in various roles including Product Management, Sales Management, Global Product Management, and Manufacturing Continuous Improvement. After that, Don joined Cambridge International as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development from 1999 to 2003. Don returned to Carrier Corporation as a General Manager from 2003 to 2005. Don then joined Goodman Manufacturing, where they held the positions of Vice President of Sales Support & Development from 2005 to 2010, and later became the Division President of Goodman Global from 2010 to 2015. Don'smost recent role was as the President and CEO of Rectorseal from 2015 to 2016. Currently, Don is serving as the SVP and GM of Industrial Products at CSW Industrials Inc.

Don Sullivan completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, which they attended from 1981 to 1986. Later on, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, where they studied from 1989 to 1991.
