Jeffrey Elliott

Jeff Elliott, PE, is a seasoned professional in civil engineering with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President at CT Consultants since January 2023, Jeff previously held the position of Vice President at TTL Associates, Inc. from 1993 to January 2023. In that role, Jeff was responsible for overseeing human resources and managing the engineering, technical, and laboratory staff engaged in construction materials testing projects. Jeff Elliott earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Lawrence Technological University between 1989 and 1994.
