Paul Ciupa

Paul Ciupa is a seasoned traffic engineering professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Senior Traffic Engineer at CT Consultants, A Verdantas Company since March 2023, Paul previously held positions as a Construction Inspector at Hill International, Inc., and the City of Avon Lake. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Traffic Engineer at AECOM and a long tenure at the Cuyahoga County Engineer's Office, where Paul served as a Senior Project Manager/Traffic Engineer. Additional experience encompasses project management and traffic engineering roles at the City of Mentor and the City of Columbus. Paul Ciupa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cleveland State University and has further education from The Ohio State University.
