Shawn Riggs

Shawn Riggs has been working in the engineering field since graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering in 2004. With experience at various companies such as North Carolina Department of Transportation, City of Concord, Louisville Metropolitan Sewer District, Louisville Metro Government, Gresham Smith, and currently at CT Consultants as a Municipal Engineer and Project Manager, Shawn has been involved in public works projects, transportation projects, and providing technical support and training. Shawn has also worked closely with clients and city councils to develop project scopes and plans.
