Christopher McDaniels has extensive work experience. Christopher began their career in 2002 as a Computer Programmer for the Standard Systems Group in the United States Air Force. Christopher then held various roles in the Air Force, including Chief of Training for the 57th Information Aggressor Squadron, Flight Commander for Cyber Fundamentals and Academics for the 328th Weapons Squadron, Chief of Cyberspace Operations for the 607th Air and Space Operations Center, Student for the Cyber Warfare Operations Weapons Instructor Course for the 328th Weapons Squadron, Chief of Standardization and Evaluation for the Air Force Computer Emergency Response Team, Commander of the Intrusion Prevention/Response Flight for the Air Force Computer Emergency Response Team, and Deputy Commander of Operations Flight for the 52d Communications Squadron. In 2016, they became the Chief Executive Officer for CT Cubed Inc, and in 2017, they became the Chief Information Security Officer for Mosaic451.

Christopher McDaniels holds a BS in Computer Science from Troy University at Montgomery, an MBA in Strategic Leadership from Touro University International, and an AAS in Computer Science Technology from the Community College of the Air Force. Christopher also holds a Full Stack Web Development Certification from freeCodeCamp. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including EC-Council's Certified Chief Information Security Officer from EC-Council (2019), GIAC Certified Web Application Penetration Tester (GWAPT) from GIAC (2016), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² (2012), GIAC Certified Intrusion Analyst (GCIA) from GIAC (2011), GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH) from GIAC (2011), and AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional from Amazon Web Services (2017).
