Jonnecia Alford

Jonnecia is an urban educator dedicated to fighting for education equity for all students. Prior to joining the CT3 team, she served in many leadership roles as assistant principal of instruction, multi-classroom leader, real-time teacher coach, new teacher development coach, and math instructional lead in Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools. Within the roles she has served, she discovered that coaching teachers are her passion. Jonnecia believes when given the appropriate support, every student can excel academically. She is highly skilled in developing teams with the use of observation/feedback cycles, real-time teacher coaching, and data-driven instruction. Her teachers consistently obtained high student growth in engagement and achievement.
