Jos Huijbers has extensive experience in customer care and service management, currently serving as Senior Manager Customer Care at Ctac since February 2014. In this role, Jos is responsible for ensuring adherence to contractual agreements with clients, maintaining customer satisfaction, and analyzing customer profitability to identify business opportunities. Prior to Ctac, Jos held various positions including Senior Service Manager and Team Leader Service Management at Simac Business Solutions from April 1998 to February 2014. Jos holds a degree in ITIL v2 Service Management Delivery and Support from Exin, in addition to a background in education from Fontys Hogeschool Eindhoven.
