Steve Taylor has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Steve is currently the Director of Business Development at CTC Global, where they manage the Canadian & Midwest Utility market and Manufacturing Partner relationships. Steve has played a significant role in the development of new applications and standards acceptance for energy solutions.

Prior to CTC Global, Steve worked at ABB as a Regional Sales Manager, where they successfully turned around a region with no ABB name recognition or established channel strategy, growing it from $325K to over $4M.

Steve also served as the Central Region Manager at RFL Electronics/Hubbell Inc, where they achieved a 58% revenue increase over 3 years and expanded the base business through the creation of customized solutions and bundled packages.

Steve has also held positions such as the Midwestern Region Sales Director at Garrettcom/Belden, Principal/General Manager at Next Generation Marketing, National Sales Manager at Siemens, Director of Sales at Berkshire Hathaway/Mid American Energy, and Segment Manager at Safety Kleen/Laidlaw Environmental. In these roles, they demonstrated their expertise in sales, marketing, and business development across various industries.

Steve Taylor is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Baker University in Baldwin, KS. Steve is in the process of completing their MBA program. Prior to this, they completed a Bachelor of Science in Education degree at Emporia State University.
