Joe Buttweiler

From 2001 to 2013, Joe Buttweiler worked at Great River Energy in the United Services Group. From 2005 to 2013, they served as the Director of Member Services & Broadband Projects at Arrowhead Electric Cooperative, leading the implementation of a $20MM fiber optic broadband network. Joe was also responsible for managing staff and ensuring a positive customer experience. From 2013 to 2015, Joe served as the Acting General Manager at Arrowhead Cooperative, where they successfully executed a short-term project plan that increased company revenue by 37%. Since 2015, Joe has been working at CTC - Consolidated Telecommunications Company. Joe initially held the role of Partnership Development Manager, where they orchestrated and implemented multi-million dollar infrastructure projects. In 2019, they were promoted to Director of Business Development, and in 2023, they assumed the position of Chief Strategy Officer.

Joe Buttweiler obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Geographic Information Systems & Regional Planning from Bemidji State University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Joe later completed their MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Cardinal Stritch University, studying from 2003 to 2005.
