Julie Sanday

Julie Sanday is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and engineering within the federal and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at CTG Federal since September 2023, Sanday specializes in delivering next-generation IT solutions to various federal organizations. Previous roles include Director of Federal Operations at AVI-SPL, where leadership involved establishing the Federal Project Management Office and enhancing operational efficiencies, as well as significant positions at NCI, Empower AI, STG, Qwest, Bechtel Corporation, Verizon, and AT&T, covering project management, systems engineering, and technical supervision. Sanday holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Earlham College, earned between 1988 and 1992.
