Manoj Narayanan

Manoj Narayanan has extensive experience in digital transformation and software development management. Manoj worked as a Digital Director at The Cigna Group, where they developed and executed a digital transformation strategy, introduced agile methodologies to accelerate product development, and aligned IT strategy with business goals. Prior to this, they were a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Freddie Mac, where they implemented software development processes, defined product requirements, and led the development of a new e-commerce platform. Manoj also worked as a Senior Software Development Manager at the Federal Aviation Administration, where they efficiently managed software development teams, increased employee satisfaction, and improved cross-departmental productivity. Earlier in their career, they served as a Software Development Manager at Cornet Technology, Inc., where they led IT initiatives, designed and developed manufacturing products, and implemented an enterprise BI strategy.
