Nathaniel Beam

Nathaniel Beam has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and organizations. Nathaniel most recently worked at CTI Resource Management Services, Inc. as the Director of Operations, a position they started in January 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Business Operations Specialist from March 2021 to January 2023. At CTI, Nathaniel supervised customer service representatives, technical analysts, and application managers, while also managing customer relationships and overseeing telecommunications for US Naval Operations Support Centers. Nathaniel was also involved in troubleshooting and resolving telecommunication issues, improving team performance, and implementing volunteer days. Nathaniel worked at CTI from May 2018 to March 2021 in the role of HQ Services Team Lead. In this role, they supervised various teams, created and maintained processes and training documentation, managed customer relationships, and utilized data analytics to improve call prompt accuracy and decrease mis-prompts. Prior to their time at CTI, Nathaniel worked as an Accounting/Administration Specialist from September 2015 to May 2018. In this role, they prepared financial statements, developed cost proposals, performed reconciliations, documented accounting practices, and maintained filing and database systems. Before joining CTI, Nathaniel worked at Liberty University Athletics from August 2011 to May 2015.
