Annissa Reed

Annissa Reed, MPH, currently serves as the Director of State and Local Affairs at CTIA since June 2023. Previously, Annissa held key positions at the National Organization for Rare Disorders from September 2020 to June 2023, including Associate Director of State Policy and State Policy Manager for the Eastern Region, focusing on rare disease policy and advocacy efforts. Annissa's background also includes roles such as Arizona Grassroots Manager at the American Cancer Society and Manager of Health Promotions at the American Lung Association. Annissa began the professional journey as a Legislative Health Policy Intern at the Arizona Public Health Association and has experience as a System of Care Coordinator at Mercy Care and Transition Facilitator Team Lead at Valle del Sol. Annissa holds a Master of Public Health degree in Health Policy and Management from the University of New England and a bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona.
