Jeremy Crandall currently serves as Assistant Vice President for State Legislative Affairs at CTIA, beginning in December 2022. Previously, Crandall was the Director of Federal and State Policy at the National Association of Community Health Centers, where responsibilities included directing advocacy efforts related to Medicaid, Medicare, and telehealth, achieving notable state policy victories. Earlier experience includes managing state affairs at the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, leading legislative campaigns at The Pew Charitable Trusts, and serving as Deputy Campaign Manager for political campaigns. Crandall began a career in public policy as Legislative Director for Delegate Heather Mizeur in the Maryland General Assembly, where influential policies on health and environmental issues were advanced. An education in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland supports Crandall's extensive expertise in legislative and advocacy efforts.
