Sudhir Raju

Mr. Raju serves as President and Chief Operating Officer at CTIS responsible for providing leadership and oversight of CTIS’s functional areas. His primary focus is overseeing operations and delivery of industry leading solutions to federal agencies in the Health and Information Technology industry markets.

He leads as the Principal Investigator for the National Cancer Institute’s (NCI’s) Cancer Therapy Evaluation Program’s Enterprise System (CTEP-ESYS) program, developing cancer clinical trials informatics solutions for NCI, National Institutes of Health (NIH).

Mr. Raju has over 25+ years of experience in leading solutions for the health and IT industry to federal government agencies. He has led the development of strategy and innovative and effective solutions for the health industry. Under his leadership, company received numerous awards from the NIH and NCI Directors, and recognition from the Office of Management and Budget and project officers.

Mr. Raju has a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, India. He holds a Master’s degree in computer systems management from University of Maryland University College and an MBA from Cornell University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), SAFe® Agilist, and has a certificate in AI for Health Care from MIT Sloan School of Management.
