Vaibhav Kothale

Mr. Kothale serves as Vice President and Chief Program and Projects Officer at CTIS. In this role, he is responsible for establishing and implementing a common governance system for projects, programs, and portfolios. He will oversee programs, projects and related services and will work closely with senior program staff in providing guidance, support in troubleshooting program and staff performance challenges. Mr. Kothale has a proven track record of leading high-performance teams and exceeding growth objectives throughout his career, he has extensive experience with designing and implementing healthcare IT solutions. He has successfully managed multi-disciplinary teams in delivering large-scale enterprise systems. Mr. Kothale is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute and certified SAFe Agilist. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a Master's degree in Technology Management from the University of Maryland.
