Dr Balachandar Balakrishnan

Dr. Balachandar Balakrishnan is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in biotechnology and product support. Currently serving as Product Support Manager and QA Complaint Specialist at CTK Biotech, Inc. since February 2021, Dr. Balakrishnan provides application support for FIA and CLIA instruments and plays a crucial role in the product development life cycle. Prior experience includes a role as Postdoctoral Researcher at Guangdong Institute of Applied Biological Resources, and work in research and development at Affigenix Bio solutions Pvt Ltd, focusing on bioanalytical method development. Dr. Balakrishnan began a career in academia as a Junior Research Fellow at Alagappa University, and as a Production Trainee at Mediclone Biotech. Dr. Balakrishnan holds a Doctor of Science in Agricultural Entomology and Pest Control from Northwest A&F University, a Master of Science in Biotechnology from Madurai Kamaraj University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from Bharathidasan University.
