Damyan Pilkov

Damyan Pilkov is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in consultancy, business development, and legal advisory. As the Founder of Plan Bulgaria since January 2023, Damyan facilitates business transitions and expansions in Bulgaria while enhancing the country’s visibility in the global investment landscape. In addition, Damyan serves as an Advisory Board Member at the Dutch Bulgarian Business Association, contributing to strategies that strengthen bilateral trade between the Netherlands and Bulgaria, and as a consultant for the World Bank, focusing on regulatory improvements and business policy initiatives. Previous roles include Business Developer and Commercial Lawyer at CTP Bulgaria, Business Development Manager at Georgiev & Petrov Law Firm, and Strategy Associate at Nomad Capitalist, where Damyan advised high-net-worth clients on global asset diversification. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Law from Sofia University, a Diploma in English Law from the British Law Centre, and an Erasmus program in international law at Université de Bordeaux.
