Ronald Dasbach

Ronald Dasbach is an experienced professional in the real estate investment and advisory sector, currently serving as Managing Director a.i. at CTP Netherlands since May 2023. Ronald has been a Partner at Dasbach Smits s.r.o since August 2015, focusing on international real estate investments. Previous roles include a member of the Operational Committee at Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund in Russia from 2012 to 2019, and a Managing Director for Central and Eastern Europe at Multi Corporation from 1992 to 2015, along with various leadership positions in retail leasing. Ronald commenced a career in commercial real estate as an agent at DRS Makelaars and trained in the Treasury Department at ABN AMRO Bank. Early leadership experience includes serving as a Platoon Commander in the Royal Netherlands Marine Corps. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Nyenrode Business University.
