Jessica James

Jessica James is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and real estate. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at CTP since May 2024, Jessica previously held the role of VP of People Operations at BORN after a successful transition from Mad*Pow, where Jessica was a strategic partner and sole HR leader, focusing on people-centric strategies and culture development. Jessica's earlier experience includes various HR roles at Mercer, leading client services and service delivery, as well as a tenure in design at the Rhode Island Design Center. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Arts from Roger Williams University and has also pursued education at the Institute of Fine Arts at Palazzo Rucellai.
