Carina Bach

Carina Bach began their work experience in 2014 as a Cooperative Education Student at Würth Group. Carina then continued their education with a Cooperative Education Student role at Würth Hong Kong in 2016. In 2017, Carina worked as a Child Care/Au-Pair. From 2018 to 2020, they held positions at Arvantis Group, first as a Recruiting Intern and then as a Junior HR Manager. Carina joined Pacifico Energy Partners in 2020 as a People & Communications Manager until December 2021. Carina then worked at bits&birds as a Recruiting Specialist from December 2021 to July 2022. Currently, Carina serves as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Online Birds GmbH, specializing in hotel marketing solutions. Carina also had experience as a Dance Teacher at tanzraum 9.

Carina Bach completed their Abitur at Wirtschaftsgymnasium Schwäbisch Hall between 2011 and 2014. Carina then pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Betriebswirtschaft at Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) from 2014 to 2017.
