Renette McKinney is a seasoned recruiter with extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting across diverse roles and levels, including C-suite positions. Currently serving as a Recruiter at CTR Group since October 2022, Renette effectively sources candidates from entry-level to executive roles. Prior experience includes serving as a Recruitment Coordinator at The Kenni Kaufman Collective, where Renette managed the initial recruiting process and successfully filled hard-to-fill roles, as well as holding positions in talent acquisition at Hope & Henry and Windsor.
