Matthew Jeffries

Matthew Jeffries has extensive experience in the aviation industry, holding various roles primarily focusing on quality assurance, operations, and management. Matthew started in 2010 as a Quality Manager at Braddock Metallurgical before moving to Collins Aerospace in 2017, where they worked as a Chief Inspector, Value Stream Manager, and Quality Manager. In 2022, they joined CTS Engines as the Director of Quality Assurance before being promoted to Director of Operations, and finally Vice President of Operations. Throughout their career, Matthew has demonstrated strong leadership skills, ensuring quality compliance and operational efficiency within each organization.

Matthew Jeffries has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Supervision and Management from Daytona State College and a Master of Science in Management in Business Administration and Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
