Matthew Bucek

Matthew Bucek is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as the Director of Marketing at CTS Corporation since September 2022. Previously, Matthew held roles at Magnaflux from March 2018 to September 2022, where responsibilities included developing annual channel sales strategies that achieved 14% year-over-year growth, simplifying pricing matrices, and launching a B2B eStore to enhance customer experience. Prior to that, Matthew worked at Littelfuse from March 2011 to March 2018 as Marketing Communications Manager, overseeing the development of marketing strategies and managing a multinational team. Matthew began their career at Liquid Container and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering with a Graphic Design Minor, as well as an MBA in Marketing, both from Northern Illinois University.
