Scott D'Angelo

Scott D'Angelo has extensive work experience in the legal field, with a focus on corporate law and commercial transactions. Scott currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at CTS Corporation, where they advise the CEO and executive leadership team on all legal and risk issues. Scott also plays a key role in CTS' inorganic growth strategy and leads legal counsel on M&A activities. Prior to CTS, D'Angelo worked as Counsel at Baker McKenzie, where they specialized in international franchising, licensing, distribution transactions, and supply chain agreements.

Before Baker McKenzie, D'Angelo held various positions at Fortune Brands Home & Security, including Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer. In this role, they provided legal support for global M&A transactions and served as the General Counsel for the Global Plumbing Group business unit.

Before their time at Fortune Brands, D'Angelo worked at McDonald's Corporation for over a decade, holding several leadership positions such as General Counsel for different divisions including the West Division, U.S. McOpCo, APMEA, and the East Division. Scott also served as Senior Counsel for McDonald's Europe, where they executed divestiture and licensing strategies for multiple European markets.

Earlier in their career, D'Angelo worked as an associate attorney at Michael Best & Friedrich LLP and as an associate at Horvath & Lieber, P.C. and Murchie, Calcutt & Boynton, P.C.
