Michael Kadlecik

Michael Kadlecik possesses extensive experience in engineering and management, having served as Vice President at CTW Automation since October 2016, following over 20 years as Production Manager at Roehrig Engineering Inc. from January 1993 to June 2014. Michael played a key role in the establishment of CTW Automation alongside former colleagues from Roehrig Engineering. With a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, obtained between 1985 and 1989, and on-the-job training at Roehrig Engineering, Michael has developed a comprehensive understanding of testing equipment, controls, and signal conditioning throughout their career.
